NOVA HOME Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with NOVA HAVEN! We’re dedicated to making your experience smooth, reliable, and stylish — from checkout to delivery. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle orders, processing times, and deliveries.


1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, order weight, and delivery method.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (before tax and discounts).
This offer automatically applies at checkout — no code needed.


4. International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to select countries.
International shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
NOVA HAVEN is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.


6. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • NOVA HAVEN is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, or weather conditions.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@novahaven.shop with your order number and photos of the item.

  • If your package is lost or missing, we’ll work with the carrier to locate it or issue a replacement when possible.


7. Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes.
