Currently, NOVA HAVEN operates exclusively online to keep our prices affordable. However, we provide detailed product descriptions, dimensions, and high-quality photos to help you shop with confidence.


4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and select “Buy Now, Pay Later” options such as Klarna or After pay (if available in your region).


5. How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days for standard delivery within the U.S. & Canada (international delivery times vary). You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.


6. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $300. For orders under $300, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


7. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also log into your NOVA HAVEN account to check your order status anytime.


8. What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that some custom or clearance items may be final sale.


9. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
